Dirk Steffen

Dirk Steffen is the Director Maritime Security for Risk Intelligence (Denmark). He has been specialising in maritime security and the Gulf of Guinea since 2004. A former active naval officer in the German Navy, Dirk has been participating in the African Partnership Station’s annual exercise OBANGAME EXPRESS since 2014 as a reservist. He holds an MA in Naval Warfare from the American Military University.
