Captain Todd F. Cimicata for appointment to the grade of rear admiral (lower half). Cimicata is currently serving as chief of staff, Naval Air Forces/Naval Air Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet, San Diego, California.

Captain Frankie J. Clark for appointment to the grade of rear admiral (lower half). Clark is currently serving as executive assistant to the commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.
