Just one problem. Everything (everything!) the US is doing in Syria is a violation of international law./S//

      No, it isn’t.

Arguable, since Syrians have committed terror acts against theU.S.A.

Since it is a state, we should:
    1. Have Congress DECLARE WAR against ISIS/ISIL, Hamas, Hezbollah & Taliban,
    2. Kick in the Geneva convention and capture and retain (at Gitmo?) all uniformed prisoners for the duration and 6 Mos. NO TRIALS NEEDED.
    3. SHOOT all burkhaed, US uniformed and ununiformed, captives ,as spies.
    3. Declare all captured land, to the victors as it has always been.
    5. Apply this declaration to Israel’s “West bank” and “Gaza”, as well as the Sinai peninsula. All won in wars started by Israel’s enemies.
    6. Declare Kurdistan, a logical land area for the Kurds.
    7. Use “What would Gen. Patton do?” as the watchword of all actions.
More later on the UN. NAFTA and TPCC.
