    Wow, what a crappy looking conning tower – don’t you think for $2 – $3 BILLION they could produce one with smooth plating? Best for speed and low noise underwater. This thing looks like WWII, geeez………

      I’ve noticed all of them are wrinkled like that. I don’t understand either. Must be wrinkled from the pressure of the first dives.
      Aside from the wrinkles, it also looks like there’re patched many times…. Must be some sort of sensors.
