The Seabasing Required Capabilities Annual Report is published to provide Navy and Marine Corps capability developers, program managers, operational planners and warfighters an overview of key programs managed and monitored by the Seabasing Integration Division, Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps, Combat Development & Integration.
