About Vice Adm. John G. Morgan, Jr. , USN (retired)

In 1991, then-Cmdr. John G. Morgan, Jr. was the commanding officer of USS Arleigh Burke (DDG-51). He retired from the service in 2008 and formerly served on the U.S. Naval Institute board of directors.
