Lt. Col. Dave Abba is the Senior Air Force Strategy Advisor in the Strategy & Force Development office within the Office of the Secretary of Defense for Policy.He is a command pilot, with operational experience in the F-15C and command of an F-22A squadron.He is a graduate of the College of Naval Command and Staff, the Naval Operational Planner Course, and the Eisenhower School at National Defense University.His views do not represent an official position of the Department of Defense or the U.S. government.
