About VADM Bernard McCullough III, USN (Retired)

Vice Admiral McCullough is vice president for strategy at Lockheed Martin Mission Systems and Training. He retired in 2011 as the commander, U.S. Fleet Cyber Command/10th Fleet, and served as the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Integration of Capabilities and Resources (N8) and the director of Surface Warfare (N86).
