Russian Army Numbers Growing Inside Ukraine, Says Top NATO Commander

The Russian army operating in Ukraine today is larger than when the Kremlin launched its invasion in February 2022, but remains vulnerable to a Kyiv counteroffensive expected in the coming weeks, NATO’s top commander told the House and Senate armed services committees this week. “This war is far from over,” Army Gen.
