The following is a July 28, 2014 letter from Randy Forbes (R-Va.) — chairman of the House Armed Services Seapower and Projection Forces subcommittee — to Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Adm. Jonathan Greenert on the subject of U.S. naval strategy. USNI News obtained the letter exclusively earlier this week.

    Rep Forbes should send a similar letter to ADM Rogers at USCYBERCOM. Six years after creating this Subunified Combatant Command and they have NEVER published a command strategy or conducted a strategic estimate…criminal negligence!
