NCIS Arrests Yard Worker for USS Miami Arson

120315-N-TT535C-040Navy investigators have arrested a civilian worker under suspicion of arson related to the May fire on board the nuclear attack submarine USS Miami, according to a complaint filed Monday in a Maine federal court.
